  • Handle requests for information or early access to CarbonPro.
  • Contact the interested party regarding their request.
  • Send updates about CarbonPro only if the interested party has given express consent.

5. Legal basis for processing

  • The data subject's consent.
  • The application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.
  • CarbonPro's legitimate interest in responding to received requests.

6. Recipients and processors

  • Data may be processed by providers acting as processors, under CarbonPro's instructions and with appropriate safeguards, in particular hosting and technology infrastructure providers.
  • Data is currently hosted on cloud infrastructure located in the European Union (AWS EU).
  • No international data transfers outside the EU are carried out.

7. Data publication

The personal data processed in the context of the Site are limited to those described in this Policy.

Operational data processed within the CarbonPro service are not part of the personal data processing associated with public browsing of the Site.

CarbonPro may create its own data products from anonymized and aggregated data, without direct or indirect identification of clients, individuals, or specific operations.

Any publication of datasets by clients on external platforms is carried out under their exclusive control and responsibility.

CarbonPro does not in any case act on behalf of the client nor publish clients' operational data as its own product.

8. Data retention

Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to manage the request and, thereafter, for the legally required periods or until the data subject requests deletion.
